It occurs roughly every 10 to 20 seconds, pausing for about a second. It happens regardless of whether you're playing a game, watching a YouTube video, or simply moving your mouse on the desktop. I'm unsure if I missed something or if this started unexpectedly. I attempted to adjust the XPM profile, thinking it might be related to RAM usage. The Task Manager shows no unusual activity; CPU and GPU usage appear normal. My system specs are: i5 11600K (temperature stays under 65°C), ASUS B560M-A Crucial Ballistix 3200MHz 16GB, Saphire RX580 8GB, SSD with 750W NVMe, managed virtual memory, latest BIOS, and all motherboard drivers installed. Windows 10 is current, and the latest AMD drivers are up to date.
I might remove the Sapphire GPU and delete its driver files. Then I’d check with just the Intel GPU to determine if those issues persist. Such glitches can be tough to fix without extra hardware for testing.
Remove any extra USB devices, particularly hubs, to avoid interference.
Ensure CPU performance - verify RAM consistency - assess GPU reliability - reinstall GPU drivers via DDU - review driver latency using latencymon - examine power plans and sleep options - test functionality without internet access - evaluate impact of disabling C-states - update C++ libraries, remove all prior redistributables, reinstall complete setup if needed, consider a full Windows reinstall or run the tron script. If none resolve the issue, hardware may be faulty.
