System experiences unexpected shutdowns even when not in use.
Hey there, friends. I left my PC on overnight to upload a video to YouTube and now it’s acting up—multiple crashes and errors popped up in the Event Viewer. This hasn’t happened before, even after hours of use. I tried uploading again today and after some time it kept showing BSODs and forcing a restart, just like yesterday. I followed the BSOD guidance, but PerfMon didn’t help. It’s been running for over ten minutes now, much longer than the 60 seconds it should have. Here’s a link to the memory dump taken after the crash: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bmWL_aH...sp=sharing. I’ve also attached a screenshot of the latest error message that triggered the crash. My system is Windows 11 Pro 64-bit, originally built from Windows 10. The hardware was mostly new except for the GPU, which I got used. The OS installation took a few months, and after upgrading from 10 to 11 I did a full reinstall. The AMD Ryzen 5 3400G is paired with MSI 980 MSI B450M and the Corsair TX-M series. The BIOS version is 7B89v2F1. If you need more details, just let me know. Thanks to everyone who’s been helpful! SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip
The same issue appears in every crash. A page fault occurred when accessing a nonpaged area, which is often memory-related. Try setting the memory speed to the default (2133 MHz) and see if it fixes the problem. You might want to use memtest86 to verify for any errors.
