Be mindful of the B550M-PLUS versus B550-PLUS (no M) distinction—I use the latter. If you're planning to replace RAM, the Patriot Viper 432G320C6K is a solid option; it features two 16GB DDR4-3200 modules and comes in various finishes like Steel, Blackout, RGB, Elite, etc., with prefixes such as PVB or PVS. These boards are well-tested for stability. Avoid getting caught up in RAM sizes beyond 3200—DDR4-3600 is acceptable, but anything above that tends to be overpriced and unnecessary.
