In the past few months, my new prebuilt system began stuttering and closing apps unexpectedly. It also had trouble with key inputs. I’ve checked for viruses and outdated audio drivers, but after updating them, the problem persists. If anyone has suggestions, I’d appreciate it.

Hello! Here are the detailed specifications of the system. If you're unsure, let me know the make and model of your prebuilt device. For virus scanning or protection, what software are you employing? Do you have any driver update tools installed?

I'm running the regular Windows 11 security software. 3. I also utilize the Intel driver update tool.

Windows Defender has its limits; adding Malwarebytes offers extra protection. Use a free scan with it. Intel support will only provide drivers for official Intel components. If you have a consumer motherboard or GPU from brands like MSI, Asus, or Gigabyte, you’ll need to install the specific drivers from their manufacturer sites yourself.
