It's obvious the hard drive(s) are the issue, but you'll only find out for sure by testing it.

There’s something unusual I’ve observed occasionally, which I hadn’t noticed before since it’s uncommon. When I begin my PC, sometimes it struggles to access the HDD. It hangs for a few minutes on the Gigabyte logo (motherboard) before launching, but once it does open, the data inside the HDD remains inaccessible.
