I recently upgraded my GTX 1070 to an RX 5700 XT and since then performance issues have appeared, such as green screens during gaming or under stress. The only solution has been restarting the PC. My system specs include an i7-6700 series processor, an ASUS RX 5700 XT, 16GB RAM, a 550W PSU, and a B150M-K motherboard with all temperatures stable. Everything is up to date.

Use DDU to remove all video drivers and reinstall the AMD versions.

It worked initially, but after leaving the PC idle for about an hour and returning, I noticed it displayed a green screen.
