Have you checked adjusting your monitors' refresh rate synchronization? It might help eliminate the problem. Micro stutters often appear when DP and HDMI ports have different refresh rates. It works better if both use the same port or if you use separate ports for different rates. You might also want to turn off enhanced sync or freesync on the second monitor. AMD Adrenaline includes a Custom res/timing area—sometimes timing differences can make stutter worse. Look into that as well.

I understand well about this situation. I’ve never encountered such problems with this configuration on Windows 10. It’s likely the fullscreen optimizations in Windows 11 are interfering somewhere. My second monitor doesn’t support freesync, and I only have AMD drivers installed—those caused more trouble than expected. Following your advice, I adjusted the refresh rates and tried the game (Deadzone Rogue). The problem didn’t appear. I changed the in-game settings to match the rates and even reset the monitor’s refresh back to 165Hz while playing. It worked! That’s surprising. I’m considering switching cables—playing at 60Hz might help. I’ll keep testing with different games.

Also, the Samsung monitor doesn’t support DisplayPort; I’d need to use HDMI for both. Would that cause any issues during gaming?

Downside with having main monitor on HDMI is it support max 4k at 120hertz. But if you run lower res it wont matter to run on HDMI. You could get an HDMI to DP adapter for your second monitor for a better long term solution. Be sure to pick up a decent one, as the cheapest Chinese ones can be buggy and cause you BSOD and other issues down the line. Ye makes sense it works in win10, cause win 11 compositor is more aggressive than windows 10 and sometimes can introduce stutters in multi monitor setupts with different refresh rates. Another long shot, is to force Vsync on your second screen. Maybe that will stop the stuttering while main screen is at high refresh. Lots of things that "can" work Win 11 is finnicky like this.

I'm likely to use the HDMI to DP adapter path. What brands do you recommend as solid options? I'll accept any advice since I haven't handled this before. Also, keep in mind I'm in Europe, so suggestions might not be relevant. Thanks for the assistance! I'll revise this once I've tried the problem more thoroughly.

I own this setup for my third monitor, it performed well so far. Note: Linked incorrect device. Here are accurate options: Cable Matters DisplayPort to HDMI 2.0 Adapter, Club 3D DisplayPort to HDMI 2.1 Adapter, Rankie DisplayPort to HDMI Cable (2 m). As long as it's a highly rated model in your area, it should be fine. Just watch out for unlabeled or poorly rated ones.

It looks like you're checking out a projector adapter. The product appears to be compatible with unidirectional projectors and is available in Europe. You mentioned you could easily pick it up.
