You're dealing with a laptop that has an 10606GB SSD and an Intel i7-8750H processor. Despite your troubleshooting—reparing for heat, reinstalling OS, updating drivers, and checking stability tests—your gaming experiences are still inconsistent. In Batman Arkham Asylum you played smoothly, but Batman Arkham City froze right after the first cutscene. CS:GO often crashes during competitive play, while Whack Your 4K (the older version) would crash roughly every two hours. You tried using OCRT to check for errors, but found nothing. Your tech knowledge is limited, so I need your help to figure this out.

Visit C:\Windows\Minidump to see if any minidump files exist. If present, return to the Windows directory and transfer the Minidump folder to the Downloads folder (use your desktop if needed). Compress the copied folder and include it in a post. Please adhere strictly to instructions since Windows doesn't allow file changes there.

I saved the Minidump folder, yet during upload it reports a size issue exceeding the 20MB limit.

Take a look at the files when you can? I'm really struggling right now and CS2 is pressing me for assistance...

No, I don't play multiplayer games with anti-cheat features.

Cs2 includes anti-cheat features, though a single-player title from 2011 likely doesn’t match that level of protection.

Playing CS2 before Batman allows the anti-cheat system to operate quietly, potentially disrupting Batman's performance.

I thought I had sent the first reply correctly, but the files aren’t available for download. You need to ask for access via your Google account. Google Drive can expose user information, so it’s best to open them in Incognito mode, which doesn’t work well with shared files. Alternatively, you could attach the zip file to a forum post if they’re minidumps; make sure the archive is compact.
