Have you thought about whether the issue lies with your display? When navigating content online, does a portion of the screen remain visible during scrolling?

I'm experiencing page stuttering on my new 180Hz monitor. The issue occurs when scrolling with the mouse wheel or the scroll bar, causing visual jitter similar to what you see in games.

Because the problem appears on several cards with different amd and nvidia models, I'd look at the pcie port. If it's undamaged, try using a vertical mount to see if it helps. Lane-wise it might not matter, but heat could be the cause. Could you share a photo of your PC's interior?

Recent updates on bios, newest SSD software for all storage devices, and information about Windows 11 are available. There are also options to turn off the multiplane overlay in MPEO.

It doesn't seem to be the PCIe port issue since I've swapped out three motherboards. The photo shows my setup, and there are no temperature concerns even when the system is idle. Yea Bios is the most recent 3611 release. I haven't found any firmware updates needed for the SSDs. Windows 11 24h2 works fine—I've tried it on older versions too. MPO functionality is stable; I noticed minimal changes when toggling it on and off.

How many Windows build versions were you trying? If testing is ongoing it could require significant rollbacks to fix problems. That would be difficult and likely wouldn't solve the core issue. The impact varies based on how much time you're willing to spend and how bothersome this is for you. Perhaps today, if you haven't done so, review conflicting drivers. Disconnect all USB devices and perform a clean boot. If the problem persists run Driver Verifier or stress the GPU and check the Event Viewer for errors. P.S. If this is consuming too much time, write down your troubleshooting steps to avoid repeating them. I understand how frustrating this can be.
