Noctua sounds like a popular choice but might not be the best for serious airflow needs. It's more about flashy marketing than real performance. For actual cooling, look at better options measured in CFM. That way you're focusing on the right metrics.

Only me has talked about temperatures; others haven't mentioned them unless they specifically said I shouldn't worry. The highest temperature I've seen in any core is around 76°C. AMD's Robert Hallock mentioned that up to 90°C under full load isn't a cause for concern, so I won't get too upset at 76°. I understand what CFM means. The Noctua ratings say the NF-A15 fans with this cooler provide about 140.2 m³/h, which equals roughly 82.5 CFM. You mentioned needing 75-120 CFM for fans, and that matches the 82.5 value. If you notice any errors or think heat is causing shutdowns, please explain so I can add it to my testing list. If you just want to vent about personal preferences, go ahead and tell me.

Noctua's minimum flow rate is around 68 CFM, which reflects the typical expectations for non-professional builds aiming for a quieter sound.

I mean not the worst solution, because yes, it might still be the PSU—this is why I wouldn’t buy an EVGA unit. They have some solid models and others that are really bad, and I can’t figure out their naming system at all. Still, it could be a CPU issue, but generally CPUs don’t just fail. Turning off certain features wouldn’t help much; it would just save power and stop crashes, but not necessarily point to the motherboard, BIOS or PSU. So it doesn’t really clarify things for me.

It's been working smoothly for a few days without any issues since I disabled CPB. It doesn't look like the BIOS is the problem, and I'm using the newest version. The motherboard might be the cause, but testing would require swapping components one by one. I've got a Seasonic Prime TX-1000 in my cart, assuming it's a reliable PSU—planning to buy it. It seems to perform well overall, though most reviews focus mainly on Gamers Nexus. I'm discussing with Newegg about getting a replacement CPU just in case.
