Hardware: GPU - EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3, CPU - Ryzen 7 5800X, Cooler - Corsair H110I MOBO, RAM - Asus PRIME X470-PRO, DDR4 3200MHz, Power Supply - Corsair RM850x 2021, SSD - Crucial P5 M.2 NVME 1TB, OS - Windows 11 Pro 64-bit plus other drives.

Brief Note: After installing Windows, I left some drives unplugged, so my boot manager was using one of the HDDs. Until yesterday everything worked perfectly. I relied on Parsec for two weeks because I couldn't be near the PC. Once I returned, plugging in my headset changed things. About an hour into a game, a pop sounded through the headset and all USB devices lost power. I restarted the computer (it didn't boot initially), and issues began. The Corsair dongle and headset still show in the BIOS, but the NZXT RGB&Fan Controller V2 isn't listed in NZXT CAM and appears as "Device loading..." instead. My PC would restart randomly while gaming.

Other Odd Observations:
- When I tried to close the BIOS from Task Manager, it showed an error: "Operation Could not be Completed: Access Denied."
- The same issue appeared with NZXT Cam.
- When I unplugged the headset, ICUE froze and stopped responding.
- This behavior also showed up on my laptop (Lenovo Y530 with 8750H, 1060, 16GB RAM).
- The headset wasn't detected on the laptop either.
- Steam also reported the same "Access Denied" error after a few days.

Troubleshooting Actions I Tried:
- Checked Event Viewer, no unusual events, just a general reboot message.
- Reinstalled ICUE in Safe Mode (deleted files from %appdata% and Registry).
- Updated AMD chipset drivers (from Asus site then directly from AMD).
- Ran SFC and DISM utilities.
- Reinstalled Nvidia drivers (using DDU to remove).
- Executed Prime95 and Furmark; temperatures were normal.
- Log file (HWINFO) was saved during the crash.

Current Uncertainty: It seems my Corsair dongle might be damaged, possibly affecting USB ports. The laptop also exhibited the same BIOS error and headset failure. I’m unsure what’s causing these recurring problems.

You have to take a lamp and a magnifying glass and check the capacitors on your motherboard. This seems to be a blown voltage regulation for the USB ports.

This could imply that additional USB ports won't function properly. The other connections appear to work, including the port used for the dongle, where a webcam successfully connects.

Perhaps the USB adapter for the headset failed.

Headset functions properly but isn’t recognized by software. If it fails, the random restarts remain unexplained.

Installed around a month ago, didn't choose the beta versions because I thought it could cause more issues.
