wait for the GPU to be restored, then launch your AAA game and use nvdia to capture the final 30 seconds. this is typical since 30 hz indicates the refresh rate, showing how many times per second the screen updates. such a low rate might be from Minecraft. keep waiting until your graphics card is back online.
