Your PC is experiencing blurry, moving lines around objects in games, especially when you move your mouse. The issue persists across all games and has been worsening over time. You've already checked the GPU, removed it, and tried various fixes like different monitors, cables, and OS updates. A fresh Windows install didn't help. Now you're considering hardware replacements—motherboard, power supply, RAM, CPU, or possibly the SSD. You're unsure which part to replace and are eager for guidance since you've invested months troubleshooting. The graphics card itself passed testing by the manufacturer, but you're still facing problems. Please advise which component you should prioritize replacing.
The monitor is named "Your Monitor Name." Your Hz settings are 30 Hz, 60 Hz, 75 Hz, 120 Hz, 144 Hz and so on. I can provide a screenshot of those configurations. You mentioned the issue is with Windows only—do you want me to include that detail?
Checked on BENQ ZOWIE XL2546k at 240hz in Windows, on the monitor and within games—consistent result. Played Valorant, Minecraft, and Warzone 2 all at the same frequency. No issues beyond that setup. Just started a fresh Windows install to confirm it persists.
ufo test is fine the problem isn't ghosting. it's connected via displayport into my motherboard atm because no gpu, tried diffrent cable in diffrent slots and hdmi cable, also did this all with different monitor (144hz)
Watch the footage of the issue (pay attention to the grass) sorry for the Android quality 20230615_203040.mp4
