I improved my motherboard/CPU/RAM/SSD setup, but the PC won’t boot now. Here’s what I have: an upgraded case, Intel 13600K, Corsair Vengeance 2x 16GB DDR5, Samsung Evo 980 2TB, Corsair H100i AIO cooler, EVGA 3070, RM850x 850W PSU. After installing the new components, I tried a BIOS update but nothing worked—lights came on, but the PC wouldn’t start. Eventually, I updated to 7D25vA9 and still couldn’t boot, with the CPU red light flashing. I’m downgrading to 7D25vA7 for better support, but it still fails. I checked the CPU socket and didn’t find bent pins. Could this be a faulty part?
