Hello, I'm experiencing some problems with my PC. After building it, it doesn't fully power off when I shut it down. The fans spin, but the keyboard, mouse, and headphones remain lit. I've tried several fixes—updating BIOS, disabling hibernate, checking settings—but it still doesn't shut down properly. Anyone have any ideas about what might be causing this?

Turn off the quick boot feature, are you certain you're using the Windows shutdown option?

You can also disable your PSU once the system shuts down.

I turned it off completely, but yes I used shutdown too.
