Your machine is currently displaying a black screen after trying to start. This has happened twice in a row, with the first occurrence on three consecutive boot attempts before the Windows logo appeared. Now the display remains inactive, showing only the ASUS branding and a cycle indicator. The monitor switches between HDMI1, HDMI2, and DP ports, which is where the display cable is connected, but it keeps cycling without any video output. Despite these efforts, no signal appears on the screen. I've checked things like reseating RAM, disabling fast boot, and cleaning inside the PC, but nothing has resolved the issue. Your system details are: CPU – Intel Core i7-11700K 8-core @ 3.60 GHz; GPU – Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB MSI Gaming X Edition; RAM – 32 GB G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4-3200 (2x16 GB); Motherboard – ASUS Prime Z590-P WiFi, BIOS version 0820 x64; SSD – 2 TB Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 NVMe (2×1 TB); HDD – 1 TB Silicon Power Armor A85; PSU – 850W EVGA SuperNova 850 GA; Cooling – Corsair iCUE H100i (2x120mm); Case – NZXT H510 Flow OS; OS – Windows 11 Home.

I don’t have another monitor to try or an alternative cable to use.

I also attempted an HDMI connection instead of a DP, though it didn't function initially. It worked after gently adjusting the cable at both ends. Uncertain if this relates to a CPU or monitor issue, but I've purchased a new DP cable which could help clarify.
