The PSU swap didn’t alter anything. It seems the noise is now coming from the GPU during high performance. (In games with unlocked FPS or benchmarks) It still doesn’t make sense—just a few days ago everything worked perfectly, before the power cut. Now both GPUs I own (RTX 3070 and GTX 1080) produce identical sounds when under stress. Could it be related to the motherboard GPU slot? IMG_4062.mov

It seems the noise was present before, and you only became aware of it after the power went out. It doesn’t seem to signal an imminent failure. Your 1Kw power supply does produce a noticeable sound during overclocking and testing.
