That's a coil whine. It connects to how a computer component handles power and its PSU, and it's usually not repairable even by the maker.

Is this a performance test? The GPU fans are kicking in, which suggests the GPU is generating noise. Try using MSI Afterburner to adjust power settings—lower or increase it—to observe any changes in the sound.
