My computer becomes stuck often while playing video content like YouTube, Netflix, and Twitch using Google Chrome and other apps such as games, Photoshop, Foobar, etc. When it freezes, there’s no visual feedback from my devices. I’ve inspected the CPU pins, replaced the GPU, reapplied thermal paste, and cleaned everything thoroughly—though I’m unsure if that makes a difference. My hardware specs are: CPU AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz, 8-core CPU cooler Corsair H100i, ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0 RAM, Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Vapor X 3GB GPU, Corsair 850W ATX12V PSU, Samsung 840 EVO 250GB SSD, Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200 rpm. My idle temps are normal, suggesting it’s not a cooling issue. I’ve also updated software like Flash, Java, and Silverlight, so I think those aren’t the cause either. This is really frustrating.

You're experiencing the same problems but with different specifications. This seems to be related to a Chrome or streaming issue.

I installed Chrome about a year ago, and updating it resolved the issue.

I have no issues with it. I haven't experienced any problems before.

Certainly! Here are some alternative phrasings:

- Perhaps you'd like to provide your setup details.
- You might consider sending over your configuration settings.
- It would be helpful if you shared your configurations with us.

I don’t have lots of extensions, only adblock, a few Avira tools, Proxflow, and Proxtube.

Turn off Chrome’s native Flash component and switch to Adobe Flash Player. Additional options that may help are available at the provided link.
