I've experienced this before and noticed it often. It seems the power supply unit is likely the issue. Good luck with the rest of your setup—your new rig looks similar to the one you had before.

Update fast, the new PSU didn’t fix the issue. Could there be another factor at play? @MisterCrow

It's probable that the PSU was removed along with the motherboard during the failure.

I will return the RMA for my PSU and send it today. I’ve placed a Gigabyte order and will forward it to the Gigabyte service center tomorrow.
