Test the OCCT tool on each part to check for issues. Have you adjusted any settings in the BIOS? Did you change the CPU or GPU voltage?

This could reset the PSU since Memtest imposes minimal stress. Are you using your RAM at default settings? If not, consider enabling XMP. What do you think about my comment: "Ohhh, you could try without the GPU!"? Edited December 31, 2023 by leclod

Thank you for your input. No changes were made to the CPU or GPU settings. Based on your advice, I ran the test and identified issues. I'm glad we can now have a program that records and shows statistics before it crashes.

Sorry, I haven't been running it at XMP. Regarding your question: "Ohhh, you could have tried without the GPU!" I haven't reached that point yet. Disassembling my PC is still pending.

It appears the fourth core of your CPU is experiencing issues. Does the OCCT software offer more details than what I’m observing in this screenshot? If you click on the errors, does it provide further information? If not, run a game and keep an eye on that specific core, noting any differences in its behavior compared to the others. Check its voltage, clock speed, usage percentage, etc. Also, consider resetting your CMOS.

It doesn't provide additional details beyond what's visible on the screenshot. I've been running more tests besides the CPU, and everything seems to function correctly now. The same error isn't appearing anymore, though it still crashes occasionally. I can track that issue to understand what's happening. The CMOS reset hasn't been performed yet.

Today I took apart the whole PC into countless parts and reassembled it. The test without a GPU was the same; I made a small tweak. When using OCCT, temperatures dropped from 90°C to about 75°C after disassembly. Is this the only way to upgrade to a new CPU?

I gave up and visited a PC service center, where they diagnosed the issue and explained my problem. A specific core on my CPU was overheating beyond 100°C, causing the system to shut down automatically. My Noctua NH-U9S cooler wasn’t powerful enough. The only options were to purchase a new case and cooler or lower my CPU’s clock speed. I turned off Intel Boost in the BIOS, and everything worked perfectly now.
