You recently upgraded to your MSI GTX 1070 and replaced the GTX 660 MSI. Despite the changes, some games like WoW Dayz Sa and Arma 3 still freeze intermittently, restarting after brief pauses. Are there any solutions or fixes you've tried?

Please ensure you've removed the previous versions before setting up the 1070.

Did you remove the previous 660 drivers? If not, use the DDU tool available at the provided link.

I didn't remove the previous driver before setting up my 1070, but once I had it installed, I uninstalled the older ones and added the new drivers.

Noticed this in The Witcher 3 with a dual-core processor. The CPU would spike to 100% and cause issues. It functioned properly before, but an update introduced a problem. A software fix was needed to limit it to 98% or less.
