I've checked the latest BIOS updates for your B450 Bazooka V2 and R5 5600. Everything appeared normal during the update, but the issue persisted after the power-off. The black screen occurred immediately after the shutdown, battery removed from the motherboard, and the CPU LED remained active. It seems the instability might be related to power management or a hardware fault. Consider testing with a different power source or consulting the manufacturer's support for further guidance.

Remove all cables from your PC, power supply, USB ports, etc. Then press the power button for about 20-30 seconds, reconnect power, and attempt to boot without any USB devices. It might be a cable problem; if you're using a display cable, try an HDMI instead.

Check if the CPU is properly seated. If it still doesn't work, consider replacing it.

the card only supports leading for cpu, dram, vga and hdd. It seems like there might be an issue with the motherboard, but it's showing a warning about the cpu.

Changed the 5 5600 to a 5 2600 and the CPU indicator stopped working... Apparently the people at MSI messed up the 5000 series support in the latest BIOS for the B450 Bazooka V2 MOBOS... I’ll try the older model and see if it fixes the issue.

I managed to start with 2600, then I installed an older BIOS version...but the 5600 keeps failing somehow.

Are you sure you want to proceed? You might be experiencing a dead system (DOA).

Nothing has changed, everything has been functioning before. I just updated the BIOS because I encountered some unusual issues with a GPU. They thought it would be a simple and fast update... The 5600 CPU runs fine, but only when paired with one RAM stick. Adding any of the other four causes the CPU lights to turn on.
