Hello, I'm experiencing problems where my PC frequently restarts and fails to boot Windows from the M.2 drive or the Windows installer from the USB. After each boot, it restarts again, freezes during boot, or ends with a BSOD. The PC specs are shown in the attached image and a video of the issue is included (VID_20240224_194150.mp4).

It could be a temperature problem... I notice that overheating might cause the system to stop starting and display a blue screen

Check if the SSD is functioning properly and see if the issue persists.

Remove the side panel and verify all components are correctly placed. A loose or defective cable could be the issue.

Just open Windows and connect a USB drive to the motherboard using a Windows installation media.

I can't rely on a USB Windows installer because it fails to bypass the motherboard logo. I've already attempted that.
