My computer starts for a brief moment then pauses briefly before resuming. On the third screen (task bar set to autodidact), the spinning loading indicator freezes at the far left of the circle. While I can still move the mouse, I’m unable to left-click anything. Right-clicking doesn’t trigger any actions. The window closes without progressing further. This issue occurs repeatedly—often requiring multiple restarts. I’ve tried safe mode, which resolves the problem. All startup programs in Task Manager are disabled, yet it still happens. If you can assist, please do so. Thank you for your help.

The issue isn't present when using Safe Mode? Did you just install or upgrade any drivers? My mom did the same on her machine and it resolved it right away. Clearing the drivers in Safe Mode solved the problem immediately.

I recently updated the NVIDIA drivers, but I’m not sure it caused much attention. It seems I haven’t installed any new software lately.

Consider removing the nVidia drivers. That’s the sole adjustment made so far; it might be what’s causing the problems. You won’t be certain until you attempt it.
