Alright, an update. The gpu works fine in another pc. I put an nvidia gpu in my computer, I don't get the same atik blue screens that people said are caused by graphics, which says a lot, but I still get the win32 blue screen. And just lately, my steam hasn't been opening, been crashing. And sometimes it'll say I don't have a game installed, I go to download it, takes 2 minutes, then it shows I have it again. I don't know if this is possible, my two guesses would be, I got a messed up Hard Drive, or there is something wrong with my motherboard, whether it's just the sata ports, or what, because clearly there is something going on with my games, which has to be something to do with my harddrive. Unless there is a possible chance my processor could somehow be doing such, or my ram but that would be silly.
I understand you're not a mod, but I can relate to feeling empathy for those who are stuck on their phones.
Scrolling on a phone is simpler than using a trackpad. Also, this forum isn’t loading properly in my phone’s browsers—I see the login screen pop up unexpectedly. I’ll need to fix that issue.
I replaced my hard drive with a warranty unit, which has reduced some lag in games. However, I've observed occasional blue screens appearing, and the same issues persist as before. It seems the drives provided are refurbished, making me uncertain about the reliability of my HDD. I'm still trying to locate more details about this situation.
My computer began acting odd when closing games and trying to shut down, plus other issues. I used a friend's GTX 550 Ti for about a week and haven't experienced any crashes or problems. Now I'm unsure if the issue lies with the card itself or if the slow hard drive is causing driver conflicts. After restarting after moving some games, their icons disappeared. I'm still confused about what might be causing this.
