Hello, I've managed my PC's cable setup and only addressed a few points regarding this. The question is whether the monitor cable is connected to the GPU, which you should have verified. Did you inspect for any loose connections? Checked for misconfigurations in the cables? Performed a CMOS reset. While I'm currently rerouting the ARGB controller and cables, and also adjusting the fan controller settings, please let me know what cable management steps you took. Additional details would be helpful.

Disconnect all non-essential devices (like fans, RPGs, etc.). Once it starts, connect them one by one until you locate the problem.

Just leave it on, only the CPU fan is needed. It won't work without that.

Just to confirm, everything remains intact because it powered up immediately before this setup?

It's possible you might have secured a cable with a cable tie too snug. Some fans and RGB cables are quite slim, and the plastic or PVC coating can feel soft and prone to damage when tied around metal cases.

No cables used any ties, simply routed along the edge. Cables were checked beforehand and no damage occurred.

Is this a POST request? It seems absent from the video, so it wouldn't be correctly labeled as bootlooping. In my view, bootlooping would mean it's POSTing, but when it boots into Windows it restarts before completing the full boot process. It seems more like it's not posting properly. If it's restarting before posting, there might be an issue somewhere short.

It's not updating at all either; the MB LEDs switch through red, yellow, and white, which is typical, but usually everything clears and displays the Win 11 screen, indicating it successfully restarts.

Could you attempt to reposition your CPU or RAM? There might be some issues with either. Additionally, verify that most of your power connectors are firmly attached on both the PSU and input sides.
