It's definitely secure. I've purchased numerous items from Origin with a credit card.

I've worked with various support tools. EA stands out as the quickest, taking only 10 minutes. Blizzard follows with a 40-minute response time, while EA is the fastest at 10 minutes. Valve is the slowest, requiring up to 10 work days. I believe the fastest resolution was in just 3 days for a password reset.

Absolutely impressive OP! I've only had positive experiences with them. During Titanfall beta, when I got a key but it didn't work, they just gave me access to my account. My brother also benefited—no key needed at all. When I bought Mirror's Edge from G2A, the key and game vanished after two days; support restored it and offered a 20% discount for my next purchase. Getting Dragon Age: Origins was tricky too—I kept getting messages that the key was already used, but they fixed it and sent another code to a friend or family member. The Mass Effect and BF activation issues were handled professionally and with genuine care from support and forum members. Overall, they're the best game client and support I've encountered so far.
