Hey everyone, I recently found my Origin account compromised and reached out to EA’s support. They really handled it well—the representative resolved the issue quickly, and she even sent me a game by mistake. While EA definitely has its challenges, their customer service stood out compared to Steam. Have you had similar experiences with other online game companies?

I enjoyed using Origin a lot. My debit card was accidentally charged twice while I was trying to purchase BF4. They refunded me and gave me BF4 plus a premium, which I wasn’t expecting to receive.

I only used origin once and never returned since it didn’t match steam’s quality. It’s nice to see some positive comments, though steam’s support isn’t perfect—hopefully that won’t cause issues for me.
