Installed a new Dominator Platinum RAM with 3200MHz. My CPU has one core running at over 50% usage all the time. What’s going on?

It was completely silent. I reset all my BIOS settings, and everything is back to normal. I'm really puzzled.

It might have been anything but relied on CPU processing. Possibly antivirus scanning was involved.

Once everything was fixed, things dropped. Now it’s rising again from 10 to 20%. I’ll let it sit for a while and observe.
