Hello All, I’m facing a problem. Frequently when I power on my PC and log into Windows 11 Home 22H2 22621.2215, the main screen seems stuck at 30 Hz. Dragging around the desktop causes noticeable lag. After adjusting the display settings and switching the monitor to a different frequency, it smooths out again. This only occurs with my primary monitor. Anyone have experienced this? It’s tricky to find information online since I’m not sure how to describe it clearly. My system is new, and the issue doesn’t affect my older PC. All other components work normally. The monitors are: Main: HP OMEN 27", Secondary: HP LP2465, Secondary: HP LP2465, Secondary: Asus VG248, Main: BenQ G2420HD. Specs include 12900K, AMD Ryzen 7000, Intel Xeon Gold 6200, and more.

This problem persists and it seems to affect the ability to adjust the HZ, requiring a full PC restart.
