I set up my system on March 1st. It functions well except for occasional freezes, followed by monitors going black one after another. After that, the RGB fans switch to standard lighting. I still hear sound normally during these events, and the PC remains powered on. It sometimes recovers after waiting a couple of minutes. Could anyone identify the issue?

Yes, it functions without the cable mod extensions.

I've noticed discussions about PCIe risers and cable extensions causing issues...

I haven't tested that yet; I'm just trying to pinpoint the issue. I hope the GPU is still functioning properly, since it worked well for a couple of months longer than the rest.

I'll examine it, though I think reinstalling graphics drivers and standard items might help.
