My computer slows down for about 30 to 60 seconds after turning it on. I've checked all the RAM connections in every port, but nothing works. I've tried various SSDs, but it still doesn't function. Please assist me. I7-10700k, 32GB RAM, RTX 3070, ASUS Z490 motherboard.
