I recently discovered something new. When I face heavy lag during gameplay in Escape from Tarkov—especially when switching to fullscreen—I notice my PC stops lagging. This happened twice before, but only once it returned to Borderless. It’s working now. What’s going on? I don’t have any extra startup programs running, and I’m using just Windows for anti-malware protection. RAM usage peaks during the game but doesn’t exceed my limits. I’ll also try Malwarebytes.
Check if your graphics card has the newest software. Nvidia often releases updates via GeForce Experience.
