Current ownership status of the RAID device after the commands. Despite the issue, I still lack the rights to create a new folder. Note that I must always start commands with sudo when needing root privileges. Reviewed the "Advanced Permissions" section—my owning group doesn’t have write access. Successfully obtained access using the command: sudo chmod g+rwx /mnt/raid, which granted the necessary permissions. Thank you for your assistance!

Great to hear it’s resolved! Here’s another helpful tip: running `sudo` provides a temporary root session, allowing you to execute commands with elevated permissions without needing the prefix.
