Hello, I'm using Windows 8.1 and I'm having trouble updating my computer because the system administrator is blocking it. From what I understand, I should be the admin, but I'm not sure how to proceed. Please help me out! Thanks.

Log in as the administrator account and carry out the update.

I switched to my admin account, but I'm still stuck updating. My other admin account also didn't work. What should I do next?
