Hey! I installed a Synology 1821+ at work and added extra RAM, a 4GB memory module, and a 10GB network card. Using the MicroTik switch, my speeds are only around 40MB/s. Anyone know how to improve this? You can also try connecting directly for a better test. Thanks!

You're sending numerous tiny files, which won't move quickly compared to a few bigger ones.
