Hello, I attempted to connect a network drive to my PC using the Synology guide from the Synology website with the help of the Synology assistant. I suspect I may have mapped the same drive using different initials, and I’m unsure how to resolve this issue. Additionally, the drive isn’t appearing in the devices & drives list. I captured a screenshot of the mapping process in the Synology assistant. Is there a method to remove the initials from the drive? Operating system: Windows 10, Synology DS216

Open the run box (win+r), type \\ipaddressofnas, enter your credentials, and save them. Right-click the folder you wish to map and select "Map network drive." Choose any drive letter you prefer. There are many other methods available, but this approach is straightforward.
