You're just starting your PC build and facing issues with fan synchronization. It might be due to wiring mistakes or not using the correct control method for your IONZ fans. Since they're remote-controlled, double-check that the remote is properly connected and that the fan settings match what you expect. If needed, consult the manual for specific wiring diagrams.
When the RGB settings on the fans aren't linked to any input from the board, they won't respond to the board's commands
if there are no Argb plug with them there is no sync. cheap fan kits with remote control often don't have that. solution... leave it... or buy a kit that has a-rgb or d-rgb sync cables..
