Hi, I've checked several options. The NTP servers you're using might be unreliable, so switching to time.google.com could help. I tried changing the AP firmware, adjusting firewall settings, and resetting DNS, but nothing resolved the issue. Port triggering and UDP/TCP ports were also tested. Maybe the problem lies in how the AP handles time synchronization. Have you tried checking the AP's logs or contacting TP-Link support? Let me know if you'd like further guidance!

Verify outbound port 123 availability, then examine the Windows Time service and execute w32tm /resync

Apologies for the slow response (time slipped away). Yes, port 123 is active, but plugging in an Ethernet cable into one of the laptops didn’t help with syncing. It seems the issue lies with the Internet service provider, not the router. I suspect the router uses a different port—likely 80—to retrieve the time. After searching for alternatives, I decided to try HTP, which turned out to be a great solution!
