The NIVIDA app indicates G Sync isn't available even though the monitor is labeled as G Sync Ultimate. This could be due to settings or compatibility issues not visible in the OSD. Check if the correct G Sync version is installed and ensure the monitor supports it. If unsure, contact NIVIDA support for clarification.

Disconnected monitor from the wall, waited 30 seconds, reattached and restarted the PC. Issue resolved after checking Dell's forum.
