The NIVIDA app indicates G Sync isn't available even though the monitor is labeled as G Sync Ultimate. This could be due to settings or compatibility issues not visible in the OSD. Disconnected monitor from the wall, waited 30 seconds, reattached and restarted the PC. Issue resolved after checking Dell's forum.
It's really frustrating because no matter what I tried, it still doesn't work.
