You can remap either the main joystick or the hatstick. It depends on your controller; some don’t support forward push remapping while others require a twist. You’ve already installed the JoyTokey software, so you’re close to finding the ideal setup.

You're after a mouse that includes a thumb stick for better control in MMOs, since a joystick wouldn't work as well.
