Hello, I considered buying a m.2 SSD during Black Friday since my existing drive is almost full. Now I'm checking if I can transfer the OS from my current SSD to the new one or delete the OS from the old one without losing any data. The old drive is a 2.5" 120GB Kingston model, and the new one is a 256GB m.2 WD Black. (If this isn't in the right category, please adjust it)

Several programs can duplicate an entire SSD to a new M.2 slot via cloning. You might erase the existing device and use it as a backup. https://support.wdc.com/product.aspx?ID=..._downloads On the linked page, Acronis offers tools for this process. If you only need the operating system, consider reinstalling on the new drive and clearing the old one with disk cleanup after transferring your data.

It's likely you could. Unless you're Swedish.
