You're starting this forum and hoping to share your experience. Being the only right-handed player in your family made learning tricky, especially with games. Now using a right-handed mouse feels awkward at first. While basic PC tasks work, getting comfortable with control layouts for games is a challenge. For instance, your Terraria setup used arrow keys, R-Ctrl for jump, Num0 and Num1 for hook/mount, then Del, End, and PgDown for health, mana, and buffs. I tried copying it around WASD but kept hitting the wrong buttons. Other players have found ways to adapt—sometimes switching to D-pad or using custom keys. Any tips would be appreciated!

1. Locate the most comfortable option and try it out.
2. Spend time pressing all keys with WASD until you adapt.

It will take some time to get used to using WASD. When I was younger, arrow keys were the norm, but now everyone prefers WASD. The controls have changed a lot—space for jumping, F/E for shooting, shift for sprinting, and so on. Keep playing as much as you can. Try a game like Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and spend a few long sessions.
