Switch the operating system language completely
I submitted my MSI GE66 for repair on Monday because of a hardware issue. Besides fixing my system, they installed the Chinese version of Windows. I tried changing the language to English via Region Settings, but not everything switched fully to English. My command prompt remains in English, yet the language code stays Chinese, causing a different font. The lockscreen still uses Chinese. How can I switch the entire Windows OS to English?
You’d likely need to get the regular Windows 10 installer from Microsoft, create a USB drive with it, and then reinstall the operating system.
