I checked the setup for your Linksys ezxs88w and Befsr41. Logging into either device isn't possible through standard remote access methods. You might need to connect directly via USB or use a local network setup.

It's a 100-meg switch, so it can replace it. It appears to be an unmanaged device, meaning you can't connect or log in. What would you like to do with a managed switch? There are many affordable managed options available for use and modification.
