Switch internet usage from mobile device to laptop without relying on USB connection.
So in class they have a network whitelist (yeah, not blacklist) that allows access to 2 or 3 websites. Since we work all the time with our computers, we do get bored easily, and without Spotify or even Youtube for music, we pretty much got tortured every day for 8 hours. I figured I could connect my phone's wifi to the pc and access everything from there, but since they only could do wired network, I dumped that idea. Thats until I found out about usb tethering. My friends went nuts over me doing that, but since Im the only one with infinite mobile network, I was the only one who could do this without killing 10gbs of wifi a day. So I was wondering, how could I share my wifi network to a friend's phone (hotspot) and then him connect his phone to his pc, to share such network? The issue is that I dont think this is possible without installing something in our computers. And since we don't have sudo perms, I guess its impossible. So I figured I would ask in the only good tech forum I knew. This. Waiting for any help, thanks in advance.
