It could lose effectiveness if left too long, settling and becoming less efficient over time. I’d suggest using it for no more than a year if you store it in the fridge upright to prolong its life. In my BIOS I haven’t changed anything beyond XMP, which helps RAM reach its full capacity. The room temperature is around 18°C (about 64°F). I own a 2060 Super with OCd, which adds some heat. Adding three extra fans might improve airflow in your setup.

I also have an aggressive fan curve configuration for my GPU, CPU cooler, and case fans to improve cooling.

Sure, happy to help! You'll likely place an order for a new tube and test it over a few days. Thanks for your feedback and support!

I really like the Arctic Silver, but using it on my old GPU caused overheating. After that, its performance dropped about 10% compared to when it was new.

Checking the fan curve in Windows or just BIOS. You mentioned your CPU fans: one spinning at about 6,000 RPM and another at 11,000 RPM.

Bios is the primary method for managing CPU fans. You could find other options, but I opted for Bios to cut down on unnecessary software. For my fans, I use Corsair's tools since I have a 680X case and came with a fan controller. I also installed ML120s for my front panel.

I'm not very familiar with pbo. I just set it to the default on my MB.
