I've added a new cooler to my Ryzen 5 5600 and it's cooling well enough, so I'm thinking about boosting its performance. I want to adjust just the boost speed without changing the base speed, like keeping it at 3.5GHz when not gaming but reaching up to 4.5GHz during games. Additionally, I'm curious if running the CPU faster than its normal clock affects its longevity.

Activate PBO and push frequency up by around 200 Hz. Keep voltage slightly negative (around -10 or -20) and set core voltage to 1.4V with a multiplier of 48. If you're really focused on power efficiency, leave all the power-saving features turned on.
